Our mission: networking for all
ONLE makes networking accessible to everyone by removing barriers of location, travel, caring responsibilities and other circumstances.
Our approach is pressure-free: we don’t force members to give referrals or do things that feel uncomfortable. Instead, we show them how to benefit naturally from authentic connections. This supports good mental wellbeing, reduces stress, and helps build genuine and sustainable business.
By pioneering and championing online networking, we’ve also made it possible to grow meaningful business relationships without travel. This marks us out against other networks which run hybrid models, which by definition exclude those people not able to attend events. Our online-only ethos makes networking more inclusive, more environmentally sustainable, and available to a much broader range of people.
